In every moment there is instantaneous communication between every part of the body. What happens in the body influences the mind (thoughts and emotions). In turn thoughts and emotions affect the body.

We experience our mind, through thoughts and feelings.

What every happens in the body is reflected in the mind.

What we think and feel is reflected in the body.

There is no separation.
